At Crack Proof, we are committed to delivering your order in a fast, safe, and efficient manner. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy ensures full transparency and smooth delivery for every customer, whether you’re ordering from a metro city or a remote town in India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across India through trusted logistics and courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
● Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
● Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
● Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹499 or in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on location and order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most pin codes across India. However, availability is subject to courier partner support in your area. COD orders may include a small handling charge, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or email. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through the “Track My Order” section on our website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If you are unavailable to receive the order, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we can reship the product upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame or if the tracking information shows it has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer care team at support@crackproof.in within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
