Before applying Crack Proof, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or loose particles. Use a wire brush or dry cloth to wipe off any dirt or debris. For larger cracks or damp areas, allow the surface to dry thoroughly before starting the application process. This ensures proper adhesion and optimal performance of the product.

Open the Crack Proof tube or container and stir or shake gently if needed. For tube-based packaging, you can directly apply the product to the crack or gap using the nozzle tip. For container-based application, use a spatula, putty knife, or hand tool to scoop and spread the filler evenly. Press the filler deep into the crack, ensuring that no air gaps remain inside. For wider cracks or joints, you may apply two coats for maximum durability.

Once applied, smoothen the surface with a brush or any applicator for a clean, finished look. Crack Proof has self-leveling properties and settles into fine gaps automatically, but manual leveling ensures aesthetic precision, especially on visible surfaces like interior walls and tiled floors. Wipe off any excess material immediately using a cloth or sponge.

Allow the product to cure for at least 4 to 6 hours for touch-dry results and 24 hours for full curing. Do not expose the applied area to running water, cleaning agents, or paint until fully cured. Post-curing, the repaired area becomes water-resistant, UV-stable, and crack-resistant delivering a seamless and durable finish.

Crack Proof is compatible with most types of paints and coatings. Once completely cured, you may paint over the area for a uniform look. For best results, we recommend using Crack Proof before applying any decorative or protective surface treatments.
