At Crack Proof, the flagship brand of Krack Shield Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our products are crafted with precision and care, but if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team via email at support@crackproof.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91-9921110188. Be sure to share your order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product in case of damage or mismatch. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back to our return facility.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or provided as store credit, based on your preference. The entire process may take 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product. For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your account details through a secure channel.
Certain products are non-returnable. These include items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” and any product that has been used, damaged due to customer negligence, or tampered with post-delivery.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you can follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you prefer. Additionally, order cancellations are only allowed within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the item is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
